Hoy en día, la Máscara llega a Sao Paulo e posee un cuerpo y comienza a cometer sacrificios viscerales por venganza y la encarnación de su Dios, iniciando un baño de sangre. La mujer policía Beatriz Obdias está a cargo de los crímenes, desafiando sus creencias. Una verdadera película slasher mística en la ciudad de Sao Paulo.
In the year 1944, an artifact is used in a military experiment. The artifact is the Mask of Anhangá, the executioner of Tahawantinsupay, a Pre-Columbian God. The experience fails. Nowadays, the Mask arrives at Sao Paulo. The Mask possesses a body and starts to commit visceral sacrifices for vengeance and the incarnation of its God, initiating a blood bath. The policewoman Beatriz Obdias is in charge of the crimes, challenging her beliefs. A true mystical slasher film in the city of Sao Paulo.

A young girl is possessed by a dark and sinister being, and will fight with all her might to free herself from it. Her mother, traditional medicine, and a so-called expert in exorcism, are all unable to get rid of the demon, until a nun gets involved, giving ride to suspicions more terrible than the demonic possession.
